I dont get it. Hashirama is so strong that he beat Madara n Kurama. I dont hate Hashirama but I just dont get it. How is WOOD release so strong? Someone please explain he beat Madara n Kurama I dont get it with just Wood release does Wood release actully beat Kurama,Sasuno'o,Amaratsu,Tsyukomi? I dont find Hashirama strong even if hes hokage

hashirama died a long time ago but he was shown to be very strong and was superior in many ways as for his wood release technique he could force trees to grow upon any surface and it could also be used to bind his opponents 4 hundred meters tall or more anyway I hope this information was helpful to you but let me know if you have any further questions about the character, alright? 
Hashirama is unique(that you got it). Further he can use the only technique which gives life. He had the ability to control Bijjus. So when Madara controlled and used 9 tails to attack, it might have backfired..
Hashirama had self healing power which required no seals. He had flower whatever(forgot that name) technique which would act as poison and slow down his opponents. He was must likely nearly strong enough to take on Edo Madara..
For more facts we need to wait for Madara's flashbacks, Otherwise saying anything more would be just speculation..:shrug:
