He is probably above average at the most. I wouldn't say he is slow, but he isn't a speedster.

I'm sure he has above average speed, but he hasn't shown any speed feats as of yet mainly due to the fact he has not been given an opportunity to showcase it. He has been too busy fighting large scale battles, where the size of your mega-zord is the only thing that really matters rather than speed.

He probably has decent speed, nothing to prove that though. He's got SM and healing abilities though meaning he's got good reflexes and can tank attacks so speed isn't really necessary for Hashirama.

His reaction speed is one of the best (conformed by Tobirama in last chapter )...

U can't expect anyone to be at Minato and Tobirama's speed level's and we haven't seen anything form Hashirama to say that....

well since hashirama was able to fight madara who was shown to be a true master taijutsu extremely fast, strong, i think hashirama would be very fast considering he has SM.

although madara > hashirama in taijutsu.

Hashirama isn't speedy. it has not been shown that he can move at fast speeds. Maybe with body flicker but besides that nope.

I guess people forgot the fact that Hashirama outran Perfect Susanoo on his feet. The same Perfect Susanoo who could destroy mountains in less than a second.

Speed is hashiramas main weakness. He is good in taijutsu ninjutsu and proficient in genjutsu and some weapons and is very physically strong with loads of stamina. On top of that he has wood release and SM to boot. The only other area to consider is his speed since every ninja has some sort of weakness.
