Yeah I think you are right, either Tsunade's mother or father because I believe she is the first's granddaughter so that means he must have lived to adulthood. Maybe he was a secret ninja so nobody knew about him, like sai, oh yeah and welcome to the base buddy

yes he (the son) had a wife than a daughter (Tsunade) and a son (dont remember the name ATM) and the boy died and Tsunade is now the Hokage
