Seeing how there were only 2 senju left after the uchiha v senju wars. It would seem as if any decendents of hashirama an tobirama are going to come from mito's clan. Stunade could be an uzumaki, it's never stated that she is senju( unless I missed somethin) just is hashirama granddaughter. An think about it, she could be uzumaki to hide hashirama's connection to her like naruto an namikazi clan It would show why she has a strong body type.
