Hashi and Sasuke would have to be the same age . And , he was not part of the Senju clan.

1. He was in a time where there was a senju clan...... and the "wood" is in his dna. o-o. Not really like Dust release or Iron Sand. He was in continious battles.... so plenty of experience.

2. His trainers were probably the elders of the clan... They all are senju you know..

3. Noone taught Oro all the wicked stuff he knows now.. and look at Itachi.....There are plenty self-made ninjas mate.
