He may get pissed, but only for the reason that she is a senju and could not defeat an Uchiha.​

Well if you remember the page where he stabbed Madara and said he would never let ANYONE hurt someone from his village... then I think the obvious answer would be anger/agony.

From what I predict, shortly after Tsunade has healed the Kages, Hashirama would sense her chakra and track her position, and would heal her, and when he learns that Madara done this, he will charge into the battlefield to put Madara in his place :scorps:
