Sage mode doesn't depend on what animal summon you got -_- , and even so hasirama never summoned a sulg .
It depends on your chakra nature and there's probably no sepefic name for it cause if you remember naruto never said "toad-sage-mode" or anything like that, he said it the normal way which is "sage mode"

never been discussed in the manga,i belive its just sage mode. all sage modes work the same. i dont even understand how you go about getting your sage mode to be different? is it just training with the resected animals or do you need the toad oil training for toad sage mode???? either way,hashiramas sage mode should just be understood as sage mode at face value. no trendy animal origin like those youngsters..

There is a slug Sage Mode whether you deny it or not. Slugs and Sage Mode come form the same forest.
