Because Madara and obito have hashi's cells do you think if hashi came back could he turn them into a tree?

maybe, maybe not. if hashirama was revived we would have to see how he reacts to seeing his face on madaras chest. he may be able to control all mokuton since it uses his life force and comes from his dna. this is just speculation however.
