Hashirama vs Tobirama

Hashirama - motokun, senju body, drew with madara multiple times, beat EMS Madara with help from Mito, bringer of darkness jutsu, controlled bijuus with his motokun, considered by madara as the strongest shinobi of his time. so strong in taijutsu that he held his own against third hokage and enma. created konoha.

Tobirama - created edo tensei, possessed space-time ninjutsu, greatest suiton user, survived an ambush by kinkaku and ginkaku, proud of his superior combat skills (i think he considers himself to be better than his brother. why would he be proud of surpassing fodder?), can sense someones presence and numbers by simply touching the ground. considered by danzo as strongest in konoha at the time, possessed senju body, so strong in taijutsu that he held his own against third hokage and enma. and could even perform the Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique with only one hand seal (use of the jutsu normally requiring 44 hand seals).

First off, Hashi could never control the tailed beasts. He suppressed their chakra to capture them, that is what mokuton does. Had he controlled them then there would have been no need for his wife to become a jinchurikki (something extremely dangerous btw).

On thread, I think Tobirama could pull this one off. I will elaborate more later it is bedtime.

Brothers don't always get the same affinities , you need water and earth to do wood release, Tobirama had water , mostlikely he had another we don't know it though

I've always wondered that as well. As far as I understand elemental KG it is being born with multiple elemental affinities which are usually (not always) passed on through genes.

Example: Haku's clan, Darui, Mei

Owarij, fire and water aren't both elemental affinities for Itachi, one could be an affinity but the other is just learned. The databook just shows what elements the character has used to date.

If you think about it, being born with multiple elemental affinities would invariably lead to elemental kg

Well the sharingan doesn't automatically give you the ability to use all of the jutsus you copy.

The rules for the sharingan are that it can copy any non KG jutsu but you have to be able to use the jutsu and have the prerequisites for doing it.

So Sasuke would be able to copy Naruto's wind jutsu but he would have to learn how to use wind first before he could use that jutsu.

Same with the regular rasengan, Sasuke could copy it but he would need the skill in chakra transformation necessary to do it.

The sharingan greatly helps in learning jutsus but you still have to be somewhat skilled in the first place.
