Yes, he can use SM. Also, Ori can summon his three headed snake, Manda, and thousands of snakes since the beginning. Spiral Zetsu can use his version of Buddha. Who wins?

-His full bodied Mokujin is as large as PS, which are both larger than Zetsu's Shinsuusenju, so Mokujin would tear it apart with ease.

@bold: With what? Part 1 Edo Tobirama and a featless Edo Hiruzen + Edo Minato?
They're not fighting their fellow Hokage w/o Orochimaru taking over and limiting them to a small (and in this case insignificant) percentage of their full potencial.

OT: Hashirama's Wood Human can be considered = to Madara's final SS. That's more than enough to trample all over Oro and SZ's arsenal.
Combine that with the fact that he can increaze its power via SM + use Wood Dragon at the same time and you have yourself a very one-sided fight.
Restricting his Budha makes no difference whatsoever since what we saw was the product of SM combined with his already Bijuu sized Mokuton structures. Not that he'd have to go this far though, i'm just emphasizing his superiority.
