Hashirama, definitely. I like Orochimaru much better than Hashirama, but they're just on different levels, unfortunately. Oro's Mokuton doesn't even compare to Hashirama's, even outside of Sage Mode, and his other jutsu can be handled by Hashirama easily. It's unfortunate, but Hashirama mid diff.

If Oro can get the ET summons going in time, he wins.
Without real intel though, the question is, does Hashirama know enough about ET to stop it in time - or even realise what threat it poses.
