Obito, quite easily actually. Hashirama has no info on Obito, but Obito knows almost everything about Hashirama (he won't screw around). Hashirama will probably go for his signature technique, Jukai Koutan, only to have Obito surprisingly pop up behind him and lolwarp. And Obito's always got Izanagi, Gedo Mazo, and/or his Bijuus too.

Seriously, people don't understand how impossible it is to beat Obito without knowledge on his Kamui, let alone Izanagi.

IIRC, a DB stated that Jukai Koutan is Hashirama's signature tech, so he'd probably go for that first. And either way, he won't expect Obito to pop up behind him out of nowhere, once he creates a huge forest. Obito needs one touch to win, and that's happen relatively easily if Hashirama has no info on Kamui and/or Izanagi. He wont be preparing for an attack/grab from behind when he's expecting Obito to be crushed under tons of wood.
