No, he would give a general outline, not the exact abilities. A lot of stats are wrong in game, inaccurate and illogical to follow such things.

I didn't say that Preta path would absorb all at once but with your chakra being sucked it makes it much more difficult to form your chakra. You didn't explain how the bird and centipede get restrained, If Gravity is pushing directly on you, you will be smushed. What the heck do you think almighty push did the village?
