BM Minato wins easily with or without full kuarma.
Kuarma avatar + Ftg counters base Hashirama very well ,the only thing minato should be worry about is wood dragon since it can absorb Kuarma avatar's chakra but it is evaded via Ftg ,the rest of hashirama's arsenal can do nothing to Minato's Kuarma avatar and can be easily wrecked with BD and Ftg combo.

He destroys it with BD.once minato has some FTG marks spread out of the area ,Hashirama wouldnt be able to touch him .

Hashirama would need Sage Mode to win due to Minato having Full Kurama. Otherwise Base Hashirama would defeat him comfortably.
