Madara(someone with comparable speed to him) with Rinnengan activated barely reacted to V1 Raikage

He also has much more chakra than him with Kyubi inside his body, so even outlasting is out of question. Infact we've seen how exhausted Hashirama was after few minutes of battle either in the VOTE or currently in this war

], and if he puts markings on whatever Hashirama tries to use as offense or shield, he could redirect destructive attacks like Bijuudama right there leaving Hashirama open and unaware of anything(and thus dying since he can't survive the explosion of a Bijuudama)

The fact he can use long range chakra arms more than 3times greater than a Bijuu in terms of length isn't helping either [

Minato used FTG to get to Obito when Kakashi was about to stab him.

Minato is only faster than Ay with FTG, with just sunshin Ay is superior. So, for minato being faster than Ay he needs to make the markings first. (Alive Minato)

BM Minato is faster than Ay with his base speed, but alive minato needs FTG to surpass him.
