I'd say that version of Madara has to win, even if he doesn't have the Kyuubi. Having the extra chakra from Senjutsu + Mokuton seals the deal.

Rinnegan Madara beats Hashirama highest difficulty imagineable. Hashirama was still gonna fight Madara with his rinnegan by himself and shit like Madara even showed his respect he knew what it was. But, Madara's regeneration is gonna make him win slightly even tho they both can regenerate.
