I'm an itachi fan but Hash is on a higher lvl then him..

Shinsu Senju and itachi is already having to go susano' hashirama is on top of Shinsu while it barrages itachi, Unless Totsuka is enough to absorb Shinsu, then he would have the upper hand, but that thing is colossal

Itachi's limitations
1. Yata cannot protects hims from all 360 degree angles only infront of mirror
2. Totsaka cannot seal moving objects , objects has to be standing still to blade to do its work
3. Itachi can pull of those weapons when susanoo complety materilize he can keep up susanoo for 3 or 4 minute tops
4. He cant spam ama n tsuki like naruto spams shadow clone
Where as Hashi can fight all day long and he called as god of shinobi in age of constant wars lol there itachi may had some good techs but no where near hashirama lvl hashi stomps

Izanami works on evil characters. We do not know how much chakra Izanami requires, and Itachi has only shown using it as an Edo. Regular alive Itachi might not have the stamina too use it. Hashirama wins this med diff at most, since Itachi cannot see the difference between Hashirama and a wood clone.
