Gaara is the most underrated character of all time.

He easily takes this just like he takes the likes of Itachi and Minato.

Gaara would start the battle in ariel mode and sand tsunami the forest and Hashi would be trapped and die due to suffocation.

And don't mind the fact that Gaara(along with 4 other kages) got owned by the guy who got owned by Hashirama. Gaara wasn't serious enough for that battle.

4th kazekage is Iruka level so he wouldn't really make that much of a difference but Lord Gaara is a Gawd

4th Kazekage > Gaara as far who is stronger. Why? Because of experience. Gaara is overhyped. =D
