No its not, Curse Mark is made using Senjutsu chakra, in no way is it a Sage Art. Shima and Fukasaku are Sages, so naturally they would be able to use Sage Art. Why would they have markings or characteristics of Toad SM when they are toads?

You obviously don't know how Senjutsu works that's why you are making these ridiculous claims.
Oro isn't even a Sage so he can use Sage Arts so that idea of yours goes out the window.
Curse Mark isn't a Sage Art, it is basically Orochimaru transferring his Natural Energy to the target through a bite and whenever the curse mark is used, Oro's Senjutsu chakra invades their body while their normal chakra is absorbed.

Made with Senjutsu chakra=/=Sage Art. Obviously there's a difference.
Don't see how this shows Hashirama isn't a Sage anyway, he used a Sage Art after going into a mode. Obviously Sage Mode.

But he still got the eyes of a toad. Why would a toad need these characteristics if they already have them? Doesn't make any sense. Its obvious the Shima and Fukasaku are Sages, hence them being called the two great sages and having the ability to draw in natural energy and use Sage Arts.
