Well, it's not like Kabuto can summon every single dead powerful shinobi at once.He still has to summon them and then inplant those kunai tags into them.So, unless he comes to the battlefield with the Edos, Edo Tensei will not be enough.Furthermore, even if he was to bring back some dead shinobi in battle, we saw what one jutsu of Hashirama's could do to four kages who's were all powerful.Now imagine what else Hashirama has that we haven't seen.

Kabuto Knows hashirama's Abilities, Plus Hashirama Can't really harm him with physical Attacks because kabuto has Suigetsu's Jutsu, Even if he Did harm him, Thanks to Karin he had Rapid Healing.
Wouldn't surprise me if he Also had oro's Shedding Jutsu.

being able to Fight Genjutsu if he just Shut's his eyes, that eliminates bringer of Darkness.

Anyway, Oro was able to Summon his edo's quite quickly in his Battle with the 3rd so i can't see why Kabuto can't, Asoon as Edo madara hits the field hashirama is Dead.
