I hate to say it but Hashirama was by far the strongest natural shinobi this series has seen. He literally beat Madara every fight up until Madara's resurrections. Lets look at there fights

It's bizarre how powerful he was, and with such little reason. No wonder you had people planting his face into their bodies all throughout the series, guy had a NV fanbase.

The amount of straight-up BROKEN jutsu he had (The sleeping Forest & Shinsuusenju for example) combined with the healing and stamina? Battle-wise he's still God of Shinobi as far as i'm concerned, even if people surpassed him through unnatural power-ups and upgrades.
