Uchiha brothers have all known abilities Sasuke EMS (no unknown ability)(no sickness) such as:
- Susanoo (Both)
- Amaterasu (Both)
- Kirin (Sasuke)
- Tsukuyomi (Itachi)
- Katon (Fire Release) (Both)
- Chidori (Sasuke)

I would go with senju brothers just on the bases that hashi should have knowledge on sharingan to a certain extent thanks to madara, on top of which i would say even though the uchiha brothers arent weaklings they still dont have as much experience as the to senju's especially sasuke

You should do Sasuke and Naruto i think that would be fair, Sasuke unknown power are still yet to be seen and naruto is one hell of a ninja to beat with all the power he has now.

def the senjus, i mean cmon mokuton will poke out from sodomize them (since susano'o's weak spot is directly under them). the only thing they would worry about is tsukuyomi, but that will only take out one, multiple tsukuyomi might be too much for itachi's chakra reserves. senjus would only win at high difficulty of course

i would say he was only surpassed in the impure world tech only because he chose not to master, he knew st ninjustu, he was the best water jutsu user(im not sure it kisame has beat him to that ) and his weapon of choice was a sort of lighting sword...i dont see many ninjas choice of weapon be something which they r weak against
