i say the senju bros win barely. hashirama>madara & izuna. tobirama at location with water since its where bee and sasuke fought so he is more deadly and has an advantage in the battle, plus he has edo, not as strong as today but back then, idk if anyone other than himself knew how to stop the technique.

As far as we know Tobirama could have been slightly better than Izuna right? And I mean this totally seriously not just because my profile is what it is.

Don't forget tobirama also used teleportation techs so he could also use something like minatos tech...and as it was said he is the best suiton (water) user ever and had the edo tensei tech and last but not least he is an SENJU!!!

I'll say what's been said before we don't really know the full extent of Tobirama's power. Is it that far fetched to think that Tobirama could have given Madara a good run for his money. I know it is stated (I think in the last chapter too) that only Hashirama could defeat Madara, but just imagine if Tobirama was even more closely related in power to Hashirama than Izuna was to Madara. Hard to tell because they are both sets of brothers and both are younger brothers but I think Hashirama>Madara>Tobirama>Izuna. Why not?

stated by the manga izuna and madara were equals in every respect, always competing to be better than the other. when they led the uchiha, madara was leader only because he was older. he didn't gain higher power until he got izuna's eyes and awakened ems.
