So no one ever talks about the 1st hokages mistake contributing to the corrupt ninja world. He caught all the free wild bijuu and then sent them off as gifts like objects. Contributing to their hate for ninja and people in general

Luckily his predecessor transmigrant had the sense to befriend them

the dude sold Bijuu like slaves and said basically deal with it

I didn't see the word 'corrupt', I thought he was ranting on why Hashirama isn't recognized for his contribution to the world lol :sweat:

The other villages were planning on uses their power anyway, or atleast Madara was.
And some of them were benevolent , The 1 tails was a terror, and was sealed in that old man (though he liked it)
Kurama was also a terror.
I want to say Saiken was very arrogant and dangerous.
