Hashirama still Ashura?

So we know why Madara and Sasuke are Indra at the same time.
Madara altered his chakra to so6p chakra combing his Indra chakra with Hashis Ashura chakra.
But wait. How is it possible that Naruto and Hashirama are both on the battlefield?
Hashirama died having Ashuras chakra, so it transmigrated to Naruto,
but how is it possible that the revived version of Hashirama is still prime without Ashuras chakra?
