Susanoo doesn't exactly make you faster you know, if you know the basis of the kyruubi's speed he's much faster than that as seen with the battle with Naruto and that was just his yang half. Heavy armor doesn't make you faster I'm fact it makes you slower but gives you great defense hashirama is a ninja I'm pretty sure ninjas move fast people forget that almost everyone in Naruto are ninjas.

Why would they not be running at top speed to get to the battlefield when hey know the kind of threat at hand.

Kakashi never actually fought against 7th gate gai in a taijutsu/kenjutsu fight, so that point is moot. Madara fought Hashirama in CQC for sometime. The fact that Hashirama kept up with madara in a taijutsu/kenjutsu fight, means that he's in the same ball park as EMS Madara speed/reflexes wise.(especially since Madara has sharingan precog). On top of that is the speed feat the OP talked about. hashirama is definitely fast. He's not as fast as minato/tobirama/naruto/sasuke/juubi madara/juubito, but is still fast

Of course Kakashi was running side by side with Gai in 6 or 7 Gates as they fought Obito with 6 Jinchūriki....re watch or re read it ^ ^ I wanted so show you that they made the Shinobi's sometimes so fast as they need them in a case. This ia why they think Hashirama's Speed is like Madara's but no it is not, Madara is way faster in Handseals, Footspeed, Attackspeed etc.

Thought he blitzed SM naruto and what's the point of including sai. That was SM madara with hashis cells. Honestly looks at your avi and sig and you expect people to take your arguments about madara seriously. If VOTE madara was as fast as the madara who blitzed naruto why didn't he do the same f*cking thing to hashi.

ems madara still outlasted SM hashirama in close fight after he lost kyubi.
That includes speed taijutsu and all the enhancement, means hashi's base stats are rather low
