where is his kid? lady tsunade had to be born by someone ... any hints or clues that were in the manga that i missed?

They had to have been very strong, Uzumaki and Senju. But kishi isn't perfect. Couldn't come up with a good character.

There's a reason as to why we haven't ever heard of his children. ;)

Hashirama realized the errors with the shinobi way long ago, he just didn't want to tell any one (since admitting fault within his vision would be embarrassing). He didn't want to have his children influenced by those errors, so he did not allow them to become shinobi.

Short story short, his kids grew up and lived the civilian life. They went to college, became doctors, etc. It was a pretty smart decision on Hashirama's/Mito's behalf to be honest.
