Plot wise I do think that Hashirama will end up being the one to deal the final blow to Madara.

Obito isn't dead yet and he(black zetsu) is currentlygoing to face Minato and Kakashi so I think if he does die against them, he'll have one last moment with Kakashi and Minato. Kakashi probably dealing the death blow.

Unless Obito plays a part in Madara's defeat which could happen as well.
