They're mot really comparable at the moment. On one hand, you've got Moku Bunshins, Mokuryū, Shin Sūsenju and the like. On the other, you've simply got Hiraishingiri, an imperfect Edo Tensei and some unexplored Suiton techniques, which are unlikely to be on the same scale as Hashirama's Wood Style. So at this point, you'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who thinks Nidaime can match the Senju clan's crème de la crème.

I think that they would be close, considering they are brothers. They might have that brotherly rivalry. Hashirama will win though, but I would say High-Difficulty.

How exactly?
By hype: Hiruzen's title grants him immunity in a hype comparison, honestly. Except against Hashirama for obvious reasons.
By feats: Minato is quite above. Fighting against Uchiha fodders and killing Izuna is nice but he was also finished by 20 fodders (not Uchiha) and almost died to a pseudo jinchuuriki, WHILE in the presence of the 2nd Raikage. Minato died but at least was able to seal Kurama and countered Obito's jutsu in like 30 seconds, that's much more impressive imo.
