The leader of the Uchiha clan: Madara Uchiha.

Who will win? Who will lose?
Let's take a look at their ability, strength, speed and techniques.
First up: Hashirama Senju -
Abilities
Hashirama is reputed as the most powerful shinobi of his era, his might being so vast that it earned him the title of "God of Shinobi", and having been called the strongest shinobi even by his enemy Madara Uchiha who, on countless occasions admitted his inferiority to the legend.
Stamina and Life Force: As a Senju, Hashirama inherited an extraordinary life force, as well as physical energy so much so that he was still able to fight Madara for 24 hours non-stop and still have enough energy to stand on his feet. Likewise, his chakra was also shown to be remarkably strong; a testament to its fortitude was witnessed through Hashirama's use of his chakra alone to deter his brother from attacking, which almost caused the Naka Shrine to collapse. He was also able to resist the control of Orochimaru's Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation with relative ease when reincarnated with almost his full power. His chakra levels also made him suitable to learn senjutsu and enter Sage Mode.

Hashirama could create a giant wooden dragon capable of restraining the Nine-Tails by using its immense serpentine body to constrict and absorb its chakra. He could create a wood golem that is strong enough to catch a Tailed Beast Ball. He could also create protective structures that are able to withstand the destructive force of a Tailed Beast Ball, and could even create several giant wood hands that could block the sword of Madara's Susanoo.
Medical Ninjutsu: According to Madara, Hashirama was also able to use medical ninjutsu. His skill with which was such that he could heal himself without forming seals.

Senjutsu: Sage Mode greatly increased the strength and scale of his techniques. A testament to this, was his Sage Art: Wood Release: True Several Thousand Hands. Do I need to say more? =D
Overall: With his stamina, chakra reserves and techniques is Hashirama Senju quite a formidable opponent for Madara Uchiha.

Abilities
Madara is considered by many notable individuals to be one of the most gifted shinobi in history and the most powerful shinobi that the Uchiha clan has ever produced. Even as a young child, he was noted by Butsuma Senju as a skilled prodigy who managed to kill several older and more experienced shinobi of the Senju clan. The fact that he was able to clash with Hashirama Senju, who was recognised as the strongest shinobi in the world in his time, also indicates that Madara was also one of the strongest ninja of his time. Overall, Madara's fame and status were so great that his name alone was enough to incite terror.
Taijutsu: Madara was a skilled taijutsu fighter since childhood, possessing notable physical strength, great speed, and remarkable reflexes, with his overall skill in this area matching that of his rival, Hashirama.

Ninjutsu: Madara is a sensor type shinobi and was able to use these abilities to sense Hashirama's chakra on the battlefield though he was presumably some distance away.
As an Uchiha, Madara was naturally a master of Fire Release nature transformation, capable of producing techniques of massive power and scale. As an Uchiha, he was able to use the clan's coming-of-age technique: Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique with great proficiency, and was versed in more advanced Fire Release techniques such as the Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation technique.
Dōjutsu: No explanation needed..
Intelligence: Aside from his battle skills, Madara has also displayed high-level intellect, as well as strategic and manipulative skills.
He is also an adept tactician as seen when he preferred to use the Ten-Tails' matured powers to destroy the Allied Forces HQ in order to cripple their intelligence centre, rather than directly engaging the Allied Forces army. Madara is also versed in psychological warfare, choosing to focus his efforts into breaking his the battle spirits of his adversaries through manipulation and intimidation with deliberate displays of his overwhelming power.
Overall: With his experience of war, battles and
techniques
such Susaano, summoning meteors and using his Dōjutsu combined with Senju DNA. In terms of speed and brute force he has the upper hand on Hashirama.But since both are brought back to life, having infinite chakra, and both can't die unless one of them be sealed that is, is the possible outcome unpredictable.
