I say Team 1. Minato can summon Toads to handle the the Edo Jins while Hashirama uses Shinnsusenju to damage Madara's Susanno armor and put Kurama to sleep. Minato can also use FTG and use the barrier technique to hold against Obito, since it takes a lot of Obito's chakra to control the Edo Jins.

To sum it up, its pretty much Hashirama holding and taking down Madara while Minato holds his own. Then he comes and help Minato take down Obito.
