Hashirama > Sage of 6 paths and his mother?!

We all know that Hashirama is basically like a branch from the Tree of life or whatever it's called.
The sage of six paths mother only ate a fruit of the Tree and the chemicals of that fruit went into her born child.
So by arguable reasoning; Shouldn't Hashirama, be over all, stronger than both the Sage of six paths and his mother?
Also shouldn't Hashirama be able to grow the same fruit of destiny, too, as he's a part of the tree of life and the only "former" living tree of life user in the manga?
