Now that we got the joke posts out of the way, it's safe to say that Hashirama beats him. Sasuke's Susanoo at this point is only physically equal to BM/BSM Naruto's Avatar. Hotei no Jutsu in it's base state would've bound Full Kurama had Madara not wiped them out with his own Susanoo. Mokuryu in Base physically overpowered and bound Naruto's Avatar.

Senjutsu Enhanced Mokuryu + Hotei + regular Mokuton are enough to block and bind Sasuke and all his attacks until he runs out of stamina. Hotei has canonically caught a far superior Susanoo's blade, and Madara only freed himself with his other blade. Sasuke only has one blade as shown during the final clash against Juubito. T

'Far superior blade' --> based on what? Susanoo arrow would be more than enough for mokuryu . It had enough lethality that kabuto dodged it instead of tanking , despite the enormous durability high up he got because of water liquidification , sage mode and jugo natural energy absorption which converts to almost limitless stamina and in short like kisame heal himself from all injuries . So if Susanoo arrow was that much of an attack even for him , then mokuryu gets demolished as easily as it comes out . Sasuke uses genjutsu which captured danzo with ten sharingans + shisui eye to recognize and break out , which he couldnt even accomplush the former , so that one-shots hashirama . Sasuke Susanoo blade cuts down mokuton trees and pierces through hotei , which hasnt shown catching anything of that speed . Which slashed juubito .
