It is similar to piss off sasuke when kishimoto stated a Carnage was about to happen.Sasuke is fire type and lightning type,his anger just trigger a thunder storm because the lightning nature was responding to his chakra.Kishimoto just use these effect to show rage of the characte,so donot get fangasm over Hashirama
