No, this isn't a versus thread. Rather, some thoughts and my take.
Everybody has been shitting bricks today, as usually happens after a new chapter. The "hot" issue on this one I Hashirama fan/fanboys using the chapter as the definitive, end all debate on the Senju-Uchiha debate. Naturally, the Uchiha fan/fanboys react in similar fashion, and it turns into the same, tired bullshit all over these forums. People blindly following a character, or event, and closing their minds to everything else. When both sides do that, it turns into stupid flaming, and stupider posts. I believe fans of both characters/clans got something positive out of this chapter, and I wish the posters were capable of seeing it.
Yes, Hashirama beat Madara. Numerous times. Madara himself has never denied that. In fact, he'll say it loud, and proud. This chapter actually raised my opinion of him. Before, it was just hype and legend about the guy. He was undoubtedly a power house, but there were no indication of how powerful. Nothing to gauge it. This chapter, you see him tank the 10000 assisting hand from Hashirama and STILL have the strength to not only stand, but to have one more attack with what would turn out to be a clone. To me, that's almost as impressive as the actual attack. Any Hashirama fanboy who cannot acknowledge that is probably a troll, or flat out stupid. It is perfectly possible and okay to acknowledge a character's impressive feats, even if it isn't the character you want to mount and ride all night.
