I'd say yes for the time being, considering that Hashirama's Mokuton Dragon was capable of catching a Bijuu Bomb and delivered it straight back to the Kyuubi. xd

Though, BM Naruto is extremely fast, so that might be problematic for Hashi to deal with.

I'm not too sure about that because it was proven that Naruto's KM Chakra can affect Mokuton, so idk, I bet on Naruto anyway, that would be a hell of a fight !

The Yang Chakra of the Kyuubi makes Mokuton stronger as the Wood Dragon turned into a forest after sucking up Naruto's Kyuubi cloak, that already puts him at a disadvantage.

He broke out of it, but the second he activates the full shroud he'd get restrained. He'd have to fight Hashirama in the humanoid cloke, and end up losing badly.
