Nope madara just exhausted all of his chakra, hashirama wore him out,mourned for a second, than took him out, but i still give big ups to madara he was something else lol.

thats his fault that he did wat he did fact is every jutsu his used git knocked down by hashi, the fact that he seized the opportunity makes him a good ninja, better then madara

The reason why Madara lost was because he turned off his Sharingan the last moment (he got cocky) and he let his guard down because he couldn't see chakra without his Sharingan.

Last chapter he did say that he could tell Hashi from wood clones with his Sharingan and in this chapter Hashirama lost the clash.

Hashirama saw his Sharingan wasn't active and seized his opportunity. That's not to say Hashirama couldn't have won even if Madara had his Sharingan but for now Hashirama isn't stronger or weaker, they're the same level if Madara's not higher.


Kid Hashirama > Kid Madara

Teen Hashirama > Teen Madara

Hashirama = Madara

Edo Madara > Edo Hashirama
