Hashirama Senju is the best candidate as the 10 tails jinchuriki.
Unlike the others Hashirama has the same body as the 10 tails they can easily fuse and become one and the same!
And as Madara's said even with the rinnegun, you'd still need mokuton to control the 10 tails. So Hashirama as the main Mokuton user who's born with the mokuton body as the 10 tails should make a perfect host!

Second place in moi humble opinion goes to Tobirama as the brother of Hashirama and the wielder of 2 very powerful techs "ST/FTG and Re-animation" huehue!

3rd place goes to Minato as the one who broke the 9 tails the second most powerful tailed beast into it's yin/yang make up like a boss!

4th place goes to none other than Moi. Kappa

Err other way around, it was Madara and Obito who took control of Kurama with only 3 Tomoe sharingan where as Itachi tol Sasuke they need the MS to control Kurama.
