If we are actually talking about who is the closest to be invincible, it should be like this:

1-SO6P
2-Obito
3-Edo Madara
4-Kabuto (Edo Tensie)
5-Shisui/Danzo (KA)
6-Nagato

then Hashirama comes. He is faaaaaaaaaaaar from being invincible.

That's why I said that a comparison is pointless, since one has his power and also the opponent's one, while the opponent only holds his own power. Give Hashirama Madara's power and then you could compare them. Either compare them with only their power or both with each others'

It does make sense because it's exactly what you said "what if?" What if what? You can say that with any character and give them a power up just like all the ass pull we've been seeing with Naruto and Sasuke. If you're going to judge strength by fairness then you're going to be way off. The reality is fair or not fair Madara Uchiha is far above Hashirama at the moment. Why would I give Hashirama's Madara's powers then compare them when Hashirama does not have Madara's power? That's that what if comparrison.
