This has been fixed in the latest volume. Theres a thread on here somewhere with the scan of that page. Minato's face has been removed and they've changed it up a bit so that Obito is pointing at the blank spot on the mountain indicating he wants to be up there.
weekly releases tend to have mistakes that are often patched up before the volume goes on sale.
