two things wrong with this


1. Where in the manga does it say the size of the object effects the amount of chakra needed for the jutsu to be successful

2. Edo tensei does not grant the user unlimited chakra. they have the same amount of chakra they had when dying. the thing about edo tensei it replenishes the chakra after its used making it seem unlimited. really it unlimited chakra restoration not unlimited chakra. with that said if a person could do it in edo form they could do it while alive. simply because they would have the chakra required to do so, but it will not replenish
