I realise hashirama have a chakra pool similar to kurama.Hashirama clone can make a Mini God tree and the zetsu clones are minature version of the jubi clones the shinobi allaince faught on the battle field.

This what generated from Hashirama wood clone and Gedo Mazo,it is similar to the God tree.They have the same flower blosoom and hashirama wood clone body is located at a lower level of the picture u seen below

Madara can use hashirama wood clone tree to connect to the God tree inorder to fluid the God tree blosoom since Gedo Madara is located inside the God tree.
