In terms of chakra/life force, yes, even though they have senju DNA, the original is a little better. But guys like Madara, Obito, Danzo, etc have Kage level abilities on top of the senju DNA, so basically they are still far superior to Hashirama.

His Dna is the most unique Dna, why? because it has the Senju dna and special dna of Mokuton.
