In a instant?Amateratsu it's not as fast as FTG,that's instant..don't use terms you don't comprehend.Hashirama/Tobirama/Minato and I think even Hiruzen has some sensing skills,if they would have seen EMS then feel the pressure that comes with Amateratsu,Sasuke would've been dead.
