Notice how the chapter was titled "I won't forgive you", chapter is about Naruto not forgiving people who talk a sh*t about the Hokage title (someone who protects the village and etc). :heh:

Chapter about Hashirama saying he won't forgive anyone who tried to f*ck with the village and its people , whether it be his own family member.



See that comparison. :vincent: Can't believe I didn't have it figured out sooner that Hashirama and Naruto would have the same personality in regards to that. Rofl, such a shame.

Nah, this is the 1st time I've noticed it myself. I think it's just Kishi showing the parallel of not only Hashirama but Hokages in general. It's a Hokage's duty to protect their village, family, and friends no matter what, that's how a Hokage is. Naruto referring to it in part 1 and Kishi bringing it back up with Hashirama shows that even back then, Hokages just aren't to be f*cked with.

I'm glad you finally decided to make a legitimate thread not completely fanboying over Hashirama.

What do I think? It's neat and all, but every single Hokage shares the same attitude about those people, eventually including Tsunade [who was in question this chapter]. Not just Hashirama and Naruto like this thread implies.

Kishi loves to use parallels. Sasuke and Naruto are the successors of the Hashi and Madara, so it only makes sense. We saw the similarities in personality as soon as Hashi was re-animated at the shrine. He was a total goof.
