Hashirama can die with a mere Kunai. His Durability is no other than an ordinary Human in Naruto. The only difference is that in sage mode he has a stronger body and the so named healing ability where everyone thinks he has in base.

The only ninjas that has steel body is the 4th and 3rd Raikage and no other.
