How hard is Hashirama to kill?

I know its hard to judge because we dont know how he died,
but from what we've seen of him and how strong he is, what do you think it would take to finish him off?

also, can we compare his healing capabilities to what weve seen from tsunade? Or is it stated that her regeneration is superior?

His healing can't be compared to Tsunade's except in healing without seals. For Tsunade's healing we have her claim she can regenerate limbs and organs. For Hashirama we dont have any such claim.

I'd say he's less durable than Hidan and would die from losing his heart or anything which is vital.

Depends on the situation he's in but at his peak I'd say only the likes of Naruto, Sasuke and Rinnegan Madara could've killed him. Other than that Tobirama and Minato stand a chance if they're lucky and Hashirama makes some mistakes and gives them an opening.

Yeah.. i think in part 1 it was supposed to be an extreme thing exclusive to Tsunade and her possible students. But part 2 sort of changed that with characters having regenerative abilities in some shape or form..

Maybe she improved the jutsu so she can regenerate limbs and organs later on thx to Hashirama's healing and knowledge on the jutsu but its the same.
