Hashirama is a strong ninja. one of the best up there with the 3rd and all the other top tiers. but he is no god tier. many ninjas are stronger then him. he is at the peek of the kage class but trash to anything god tier like Itachi and AO.

I don't know remember about what Itachi says explicitly on that matter but 10 years were over by the time he meets naruto again. That's how the MS worked on his edo. Also like i said its only for crow.

He said he couldn't use shisuis eye on sasuke because ten years didn't pass
The only way kotoamatsukami can use more than ten years is if you have hashis dna which is why danzo could use it twice a day

AO can prob fight hashirama based on hype of fighting shisui and Itachi and being alive when both of them are not, and he was willing to take on a guy with Hashirama and uchiha cells.
