If oro didn't have hashi's cells he wouldn't be able to control the senju bros but even with hashi's cells he can't control hashi. He trolled Madara for a reason people. Only so6p and his sons are above hashirama. Naruto will be stronger than him by the end of the series but not now.

I think it means just like how tobirama was near able to break free from edo but was stopped by oro because oro gained enough power with senju cells but since those cells are hashiramas he can't take full control

I wouldn't have expected any less from hashirama. I'm expecting to see a lot of hashirama fans now, it will get annoying but it's better than seeing dumb obitos name everywhere

So, does this mean that Hashirama was in a weakened state when he fought against Hiruzen in the original Naruto? Hashirama was really weak when we first saw him as an Edo Tensei.

I believe it was implied by Tobirama that they are now resurrected at their full power.

can't be controlled with mokuton (because of his superior mokuton) but the kunai thing would still work because Hashi has no superior kunai

I dont think hashirama will leave without telling them or try storm of like tobirama.

but if orochimaru undoes the edo tensei he will dissapear ...and as someone said he could just break out like madara if he knows the hand signs.

he can be controlled probably but it will take alot of force and you will need to have haxxed restraints because he cant be controlled due to his will ..his will is too much for orochimaru to control him ( i guess in a similar way to izanami ...cant be controlled if you're too wise or something)
