Watch the anime. When he summoned it, it formed in about 1-2 seconds. If you add in the time it takes to make the hand seals, I guess about 5-6 seconds.

I think most Hokage could. Minato could use his portal to transport a bijuu bomb or something else extremely destructive to the village. Hashirama could probably do it with a large scale deep forest emergence. Tobirama could do it with water drowning the whole village. Or maybe a couple dozen edo tensei with the infinite exploding tags. Idk about Hiruzen. It'd probably take him some time. And Tsunade just no.

kinda makes me wonder whether the clans allied with him just coz they wanted peace or whether they were shit scared of uchiha-senju alliance and didnt want hashirama and madara walking towards their clans

and, hashirama probably never used his SM in the normal clan to clan battles. That would be too much over kill

I think that at least some were afraid, but I assume that alot of the wanted peace as well. (But I do agree, facing both Madara and Hashirama at the same time, no clan would have survived.)
